- A member of the National Council of Notaries for Emilia - Romagna from 2004 to 2007 (1st term of office) and from 2007 to 2010 (2nd term of office), with a delegation for the general coordination of the study sector (1st term of office) and international activities (2nd term of office)
- General member of the International Union of Notaries, which groups together notaries from 77 counties, which form the "parliament", from 2004 to 2007 (1st term of office) and from 2007 to 2010 (2nd term of office)
- President, from 2005 to 2010, of the Working group on company law, based in Brussels, with the purpose of studying the evolution of EU law regarding companies and the paths to promote a rapprochement of national legislation in the area (Group established within the National Council of Notaries of the European Union, which groups together 21 of the 27 member states)
- Founder and director, together with 11 university professors, of the Rivista di diritto societario, Giappichelli edition, 1st issue January 2007, with the aim of promoting the internationalisation of legal studies in the field of company law
- Member of the Board of Director for the Italian Notaries' Foundation from 2007 to 2009 (with delegation to the scientific organisation of conferences and e-learning events)
