Tassinari & Damascelli Studio Notarile was established in 2007 by the notaries Federico Tassinari and Domenico Damascelli, with the aim of creating a project of ongoing professional and legal growth and collaboration.
Taking advantage of the experience and know-how developed over the course of more than 20 years of personal experience, the Office has an articulated structure that is able to achieve its objectives of maximum competence, efficiency and punctuality.
The Office - which benefits from the expertise of around 40 collaborators and boasts an annual portfolio of more than 2,000 clients - can assist its Clients in all fields of notary activity (real estate, succession, family, commercial and corporate).
The notaries have the same availability and the same commitment to fulfilling all the tasks entrusted to them: from the receipt of a simple special power of attorney to the planning of complex property arrangements or sophisticated extraordinary corporate transactions.
Furthermore, the notaries are able to appropriately assist international clients, having over time built up a profitable collaborative network with foreign colleagues and lawyers.

In 2008 the Office founded Insignum, a legal cultural association that brings together many of the most important Italian notaries' offices: an authentic forum for discussion, analysis and updates on legal subjects and issues.
Through Insignum, the Office makes available to its Clients the services of UPT (Unione Professionale per il Trust), a public limited company under Italian law dedicated to the management, in the role of trustee, of trusts established to achieve interests worthy of protection.

Since 2012, the Studio has participated in the international network Lexunion, ensuring frequent contact with foreign legal models with a view to refining its professional activity, both technically and organisationally.

Since 2015, the notaries Domenico Damascelli and Federico Tassinari have been the authors of Argilla IUS, a manual (digital, interactive and with comments) in three volumes (Real Estate, Commercial, Family and Succession), which is unique within the context of national and international publishing.
